Holistic Chiropractic Care in Scottsdale
A body in alignment heals itself
Holistic Chiropractic Care for Your Whole Body
At Life Studio, we take a whole-body approach to chiropractic care—looking beyond where you feel discomfort to understand how your spine, nervous system, posture, and movement in daily life affect your overall health.
Our care is gentle, specific, and personalized to your body and your goals. Through chiropractic adjustments, movement, breathwork, and nervous system-focused care, we help you move with greater ease and support your body’s natural ability to adapt and function well.
A Nervous-System-Focused Approach to Chiropractic
Your nervous system coordinates communication throughout your body and plays an important role in how you move, adapt, and respond to everyday stress.
At Life Studio, we look for patterns of tension, imbalance, and restricted movement that may be influencing how your body functions. Our approach combines precise chiropractic adjustments with movement and breathwork to support alignment, mobility, and nervous system regulation.
We practice from a vitalistic philosophy: the body has an innate capacity to regulate, adapt, and heal. Our role is to help create the conditions that support that process.
Gentle, Specific Chiropractic Adjustments
Chiropractic care at Life Studio is intentional and individualized.
Rather than simply focusing on the area that hurts, we assess how your body is moving and functioning as a whole. Your care is tailored to your posture, movement patterns, nervous system, and personal health goals.
Each adjustment is designed to be gentle, precise, and appropriate for your body.
What We Help With
People seek chiropractic care for many different reasons—from everyday aches and tension to improving movement, posture, and overall wellness.
At Life Studio, we consider the bigger picture rather than focusing only on a single symptom.
HEADACHES
Tension in the neck, shoulders, and jaw can contribute to certain types of headaches.
Our approach looks at the relationship between your spine, posture, movement, and areas of tension rather than focusing solely on where you feel the pain.
STRESS & NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION
Stress can show up physically as tight shoulders, a clenched jaw, shallow breathing, muscle tension, or difficulty settling into a relaxed state.
Nervous-system-focused chiropractic care, combined with breathwork and movement, is designed to support regulation, relaxation, and greater ease in the body.
POSTURE & MOVEMENT
Posture is influenced by the way you sit, work, exercise, sleep, and move throughout the day.
Your first visit includes digital postural and functional movement analysis, giving us an objective look at how your body moves and where compensation or tension patterns may be present.
From there, we create a personalized plan to help you move with greater awareness, mobility, and ease.
WELLNESS & VITALITY
You don’t have to be in pain to benefit from chiropractic care.
Some patients visit Life Studio because they want to maintain mobility, support healthy movement, improve balance, or make chiropractic care part of their overall wellness routine.
Our goal is to support your body’s ability to adapt and function well through every stage of life.
NECK AND BACK PAIN
Neck and back pain can be influenced by posture, movement patterns, muscular tension, daily activities, and the way your body adapts to stress.
We assess your body as a whole to better understand the patterns contributing to your discomfort and create a personalized approach to care.
SLEEP & RELAXATION
Physical tension and an overstimulated nervous system can make it difficult to fully relax at the end of the day. This can lead to difficulty falling or staying asleep and affects your body’s ability to heal.
By addressing areas of tension and supporting nervous system regulation, chiropractic care may help create the physical conditions for greater relaxation and more comfortable rest.
CHRONIC PAIN & TENSION
When discomfort becomes part of everyday life, it can affect how you move, work, exercise, and enjoy your day.
We look beyond the painful area to identify movement and tension patterns that may be contributing to ongoing discomfort. Your care may include chiropractic adjustments, mobility work, and simple exercises to use between visits.
Pregnancy and Pediatric Chiropractic Care
Webster Technique for Pregnancy
The Webster technique for pregnancy is a chiropractic technique used during all stages of pregnancy. It serves to improve pelvic dysfunction, reduce stress in the uterus, and create the best environment for a growing baby. This technique has shown to reduce stress on the spine, decrease back labor and back pain, shorten overall time in labor, and promote a natural and safe birth process. Patients that receive the Webster technique while pregnant often report an easier labor and less pain throughout pregnancy.
Gentle Chiropractic for Babies & Children
Pediatric chiropractic care is different from adult care. Techniques are adapted to a child’s age, size, development, and individual needs.
At Life Studio, adjustments for infants and children are gentle and specific, with an emphasis on comfort and appropriate technique.
Misalignments in babies can cause symptoms such as:
- inability to turn head to one side
- difficulty latching
- preferring to latch on one side
- colic
- constipation
- frequent crying
- irritability when held
- flattened occiput
Parents under our care usually begin bringing their babies in to be adjusted not long after birth. They often continue with their child’s care throughout the first year of life to support the many changes in growth and neurological development that take place.
What To Expect At Your First Visit
Your first visit is designed to give us a clear understanding of your body, your concerns, and your goals.
Whole Body Wellness Assessment
This is your time to discuss exactly what brought you in. We will discuss what’s important to you, solidify your health goals, and explain in a very simple way, the role your nervous system plays in overall health.
Digital Postural and Functional Movement Analysis
Your posture is a reflection of your spine and nervous system. We will assess your standing posture and your posture while performing functional movements. We use video motion analysis to detect dysfunction and misalignment in your shoulders, pelvis, knees, and feet. This gives us a clear picture of any imbalances your body may have.
Neuro-Spinal Analysis
We evaluate the spine and surrounding muscular and fascial structures to identify patterns of tension and dysfunction that may be affecting movement and nervous system function.
Review of Findings
Together, we review your assessment and connect the objective findings to the reason you came in.
Your First Adjustment
By this point, we’ve gathered the information we need to create an adjustment tailored to your unique body, spine, and nervous system. Whether you’re new to chiropractic care or have been adjusted before, your first adjustment is gentle, specific, and designed to feel both comfortable and restorative.

FAQS
Does chiropractic hurt?
No. Chiropractic adjustments at Life Studio are designed to be gentle and specific. We incorporate breathwork, positioning, and movement to help you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout your adjustment.
What’s that popping sound?
The popping sound sometimes heard during an adjustment is called a cavitation. It occurs when pressure changes within a joint cause a release of gas from the synovial fluid. Not every adjustment produces a sound, and the sound itself is not necessary for an adjustment to be effective.
Do you accept insurance?
Life Studio is an out-of-network practice. We can provide documentation with the appropriate billing codes that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
Because coverage varies, we recommend contacting your insurance company directly to understand your out-of-network chiropractic benefits.
How often do I need chiropractic adjustments?
There is no single schedule that is right for everyone. Your recommendations are based on your assessment, your goals, and how your body responds to care.
We’ll discuss your options and make recommendations based on your individual needs.
Can babies get chiropractic adjustments?
Yes. Pediatric chiropractic techniques are adapted specifically for infants and children and use much gentler contact than adult chiropractic adjustments.
What if I don’t have back and neck pain?
You don’t need to be in pain to visit a chiropractor.
Many patients seek care to support mobility, posture, movement, nervous system regulation, or overall wellness. Your first visit allows us to understand your goals and determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate for you.
What conditions can chiropractic help with?
Chiropractic care is commonly used for musculoskeletal concerns such as back pain, neck pain, headaches, and movement-related tension. At Life Studio, we also work with individuals that want to improve posture, mobility, balance and overall wellness. As interference is removed from the spine and nervous system, numerous conditions may begin to resolve.
What is a subluxation?
A subluxation refers to a structural misalignment or fixation between two or more adjacent vertebrae, causing nerve irritation and resultant alteration in normal mechanical and neurological functions. In short, it’s a misalignment of the spine which interferes with how your body functions and can affect your overall health.
What is the Webster technique?
The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis used during pregnancy. It involves gentle adjustment to the sacrum and soft tissue structures that have an effect on the proper function of the uterus. The goal of the adjustment is to reduce stress on the sacrum and sacro-iliac (SI) joints to improve health and function to uterine muscle. This improves pelvic function and promotes a natural birth process.
